What You’ll Need

What to Bring…
Bring a yoga mat, mat towel and drinking water for your practice; another towel if you would like to shower after class at the studio. We have filtered water in the front lobby, and taps in our change rooms are filtered, so just bring your own refillable bottle. Alternatively, you can purchase a Moksha mason jar (for keeps) for $3, or one of our studio branded S’well insulated reusable bottles from our retail section.
We rent yoga mats and towels for $2 each. If you walk, bike, or run to the studio let us know: rentals are on us, inspired by our Live Green pillar). Note: all studio mat and towel rentals are washed and disinfected after each use.

What to Wear…
Wear minimal clothing, whatever you feel comfortable with. Keep in mind that the room is heated and you will sweat! Our change rooms have showers, complimentary environmentally-friendly soap, Q-tips, and hair dryers. If you forget a hair-tie, just ask us as we have a supply at the front desk.

What to Eat & Drink…
Come to class on a semi-empty stomach, avoid coffee before class, and drink lots of water prior to class. Try not to eat any heavy meals 2-3 hours before practicing, a light snack or smoothie is good, and arrive well hydrated with drinking water to sip on during class.

What to Buy…
Start with our Intro Month: for $40 tax included you get 30 days of unlimited yoga. Come as often as you can within the 30 days, or you can practice every day if you feel up to it!  We offer different class styles and our teachers bring their own vibe and personality to each class. The Intro Month will allow you to see how fitting yoga into your busy schedule makes your life and your body feel oh so much better. They say, ” If you make time for yoga, yoga makes time for you”.

Other Helpful Hints…

  • Please arrive 15-20 minutes prior to class time, latecomers are NOT permitted to class, sorry! The cut off time is 3 minutes prior to class start time listed on the schedule. We respect your time and appreciate that you have a busy lifestyle, so we promise to start and end classes on time.
  • Please leave your cellphones and all personal items in change rooms where cubbies are provided – bring only the basic items required to attend class, such as a yoga mat, towels, drinking water, and change of clothes. Upon entering the studio, please turn off your cellphone or set to silent or airplane. Due to student scent allergies, we ask that you refrain from wearing any fragrances when coming to class.
  • Please respect the absolute silence in the practice room and keep your conversations quietly for the front lobby. We do our best to create a peaceful, calm and relaxing vibe for you to unwind.
