Workshop: Containment + Release Vales
In this 90 minute workshop we will use the help of blocks and straps to focus on muscular engagement (containment). We will also discuss and show how to step away from unfavourable patterns of movement which our bodies adopt to avoid working certain parts of our bodies (release valves).
Join us on an exploration into containment, strengthening and how to avoid “going through the motions” in your yoga practice! This will be a small group so there will be plenty of time and opportunity to break down YOUR poses and ask questions!
This workshop is great for anyone who is new to yoga or seasoned yoga practitioners looking to dive deeper into their practice.
