Join Erica (mother, prenatal yoga teacher and birth doula in training) for a series of postures carefully designed to strengthen and stretch your changing body as well as help your baby move in an optimal birthing position. We’ll work with your breath to calm the body & mind, learn yoga poses to ease common pregnancy ailments, and use meditation to prepare for birth and beyond! Suitable for all levels, even absolute beginners new to yoga.This is a great opportunity to connect with other parents to be. There will be opportunity to share, learn more about pregnancy & birth, ask questions, or just to hang out after class!
