Postnatal Yoga 5-Week Session May – June
Get to know your new postpartum body in a baby-friendly class with other new parents. Move, breathe, and take some time for yourself, while baby socializes with new friends and is stimulated by an exciting environment. This class will help you find some calm in the beautiful chaos of becoming a new parent.
This class is beginner friendly and variations will be given for all body types and fitness levels.
Suitable for postpartum parents who feel ready to return to gentle activity (usually after around 6 weeks postpartum) and babies who aren’t actively crawling yet.
Note: Please bring a blanket, play mat, or towel for your baby to lie on.
$75 for 5-weeks
$18 for single drop-in session, if space available.
