Live To Learn Workshop

Learn the ABC’s of Moksha in this 90-minute workshop: Alignment, Breath awareness, Containment & Expression to help you practice Moksha with confidence! This is a great opportunity to understand the foundation of the poses and the reasoning behind the poses in the Moksha series.

Brooke will explore the following postures in depth, Powerful Pose 1 & 2 (Uttkatasana), Runner’s Lunge (Banarasana), High/Low Lunge (Anjaneyasana) Warrior 1 & 2 (Virabhadrasana 1 & 2) Dancer’s Pose (Natarajasana), Sleeping Hero (Supta Virasana), Pigeon (Eka Pada Kapotasana) & time permitting she’ll also take requests.

The limited class size allows for more personal attention and safe assisting, you will learn how to incorporate props, and you will have the opportunity to ask questions as we go. Great for beginners new to the Moksha series and seasoned yogis of all levels looking to expand your knowledge and to grow your practice.
