Let’s face it, in this day and age if you don’t schedule it, it probably won’t happen. We know how busy life can be, so you deserve some time to yourself to connect with your breath and de-stress on your mat. Here are some helpful tips to support you getting the most out of your membership or class pass.
Many of our classes fill up quickly, so we encourage you to reserve your spot in advance:

Pre-registering: You can pre-register online 7 days prior to class date, and up to 30 minutes before the class start time. We always leave a few walk-in spaces 30 minutes prior to class start times. If you don’t see an option to reserve a space online using the app, that’s because the online reservation is full for that class, or you missed the 30-minute window cut-off time. If you just see the option to “add to calendar” that does not mean you have a space in class, rather the class sign-in spaces are full. Just arrive to the studio 30 minutes before class begins and you’ll likely snag a walk in spot.
Waitlist: If you are on a class waitlist and a space opens up for you, an automatic email will be sent to the email address we have on file for you. If it’s within an hour of class start time and you’re not sure if you will get a space, feel free to give us a call. If you’re not able to attend the class, please call (709) 753-0206 or reply to the waitlist email notification to let us know.
Be sure to cancel your space if you can’t make it to class. The early cancel window closes 1-hour before the class begins. If you cancel closer to the class start time, it will be counted as a late cancel. Feel free to call us at (709) 753.0206 or email us email@example.com to let us know if you are not able to attend so we can remove your space from the class and offer it up to another yogi. If you don’t notify us, it counts as a late cancel.
Arrive at least 10-15 minutes before scheduled class start time. In order to create a peaceful space free of disruption, late comers are not permitted (one even by one minute), and the front door will lock 3-minutes prior to class start time (or our desk staff will inform you if you are too late), so plan to arrive early! If you’re late, you’re still great – we just can’t let you into class. We release all reserved spots 5 minutes before class starts to any standby yogi’s, so be sure you’ve checked in at the front desk upon arrival.
Minimum Age Requirement: Must be a minimum of 16 years* and older to practice in the hot room. *Students 16-17 years old require parental consent in advance to attend class, which can be sent by email to firstname.lastname@example.org, or have your parent/guardian attend class with you.
Your participation in this process is a great way to support yourself and the community. You get to appreciate the class and feel good, and the community benefits when you honour your commitment and arrive on time. When you can’t make it and you cancel, just know that you’ve supported a friend, acquaintance or a complete stranger by offering them a space in the class.
