Yang Yin

This class offers a balance. The first half of the practice offers a challenging and innovative vinyasa (flow), which will be unique depending on the teacher’s training background. The second half of the practice includes a Yin series of postures which includes long, deep holds to relax and restore the joints and muscles. A great way to build patience and channel relaxation.

Offered as a reduced heat class with music, suitable for all levels.
