30 Day Challenge Workshops
Available for 30 Day Challenge participants only: We are offering five free 90-minute small group workshops throughout your 30 day challenge! Please only sign up to attend ONE workshop per participant, so that all challenge participants have the opportunity to take part. All of these offerings touch on different aspects, themes, and limbs of the yoga practice, and you can count the workshop as a sticker for class that day!
