This class offers a balance of a strength based practice and one that moves into flexibility and relaxation.
The first half of the practice offers a challenging and innovative vinyasa (flow), which will be unique depending on the teacher’s training background. The second half of the practice includes a Yin series of postures which includes long, deep holds to relax and restore the joints and muscles. A great way to build patience and channel relaxation. A reduced heat class, with or without music.
This class is not for beginners new to the practice of yoga. Students are highly encouraged to feel very comfortable with the Moksha and/or Moksha Flow practice.
Note: Classes start on time. Please arrive at least 10-15 minutes before class start time, late comers are not permitted into class.
