In this class the Moksha sequence is linked together with vinyasa flows and often accompanied with fun music. Emphasis will be on the synergy between breath and movement to help you deepen your practice. This class is always moving, and is set at a quicker pace than a regular Moksha class. It is great for upper body strengthening and improving cardiovascular health.
Beginners new to yoga are encouraged to feel comfortable with practicing the Moksha series before trying flow.
Note: Classes start on time. Please arrive at least 10-15 minutes before class start time, late comers are not permitted into class.
