Moksha Yoga is a form of hot yoga that is ideal for the yoga beginner
as well as the seasoned practitioner. Every Moksha Yoga class takes
you through a series of strengthening and toning postures in the
detoxifying calm of a heated studio.

The 'hot' in hot yoga allows for deep, safe stretching and promotes detoxification of the skin, blood and muscles through sweat. Classes are suitable for all levels of ability, even ABSOLUTE beginners with limited flexibility!

Karma Classes are a 60min Moksha class where we also explore the idea of Karma yoga, the yoga of selfless service. This is a drop in class (no pre-registration option) where students pay by $5 minimum cash donation with all proceeds collected donated to a different local or national charity every month. Karma classes are suitable for ALL LEVELS (especially beginners) held every Friday at 7:30pm, for just a $5 min cash donation. Arrive early, spaces fill quickly!
